Virginia Monseau is a professor of English at Youngstown State University, where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in young adult literature, children’s literature, composition, and English methods. A former high school teacher, she is the editor of English Journal and past-president of ALAN, NCTE’s Assembly on Literature for Adolescents. The series editor of Boynton/Cook’s Young Adult Literature Series, Monseau is also the author of Responding to Young Adult Literature (1996). |
