Myra Zarnowski

Myra Zarnowski is a professor in the Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education at Queens College, City University of New York, where she teaches courses in literacy, children’s literature, and social studies. A former classroom teacher, she has taught at both the elementary and middle school levels. She is particularly interested in making history a vibrant subject for teachers and children.
